What data we process and why

1. Contact form and reservations

When you submit the contact form, we process: your name, email address, phone number (optional) and message. This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry or reservation request.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures; Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR – your consent.

Retention period: 3 years from the last contact, unless a longer statutory obligation applies.

2. Accommodation

During your stay, we process guest identification and contact details as required by Slovak law on residence registration.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR – compliance with a legal obligation.

Retention period: as required by applicable law (generally 5 years).

3. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics via GTM)

With your consent, we use Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) to measure website traffic and behaviour in an anonymised manner. Google LLC acts as a data processor and data may be transferred to the USA under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR – your consent.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by clicking "Cookie settings" in the website footer.
